This system includes a brushless 400 Watt AC servo motor, digital servo drive and cabling in one convenient package. Easily program the drive using SVx Servo Suite software with powerful motion commands for position, I/O, logic and multitasking.
The AC brushless servo motor operates smoothly at low speeds, eliminating the stepping phenomenon common to stepper motors and suitable for occasions that require rapid response. It features flexible electronic commutation mode and can use either square wave or sine wave commutation.
T6 Series
The T6 Series is a premium line of heavy-duty tractors that delivers uncompromising power and advanced technology. These tractors are designed to provide maximum productivity with minimum fuel consumption. They use a rare earth neodymium-iron-boron permanent magnet rotor with 17-bit encoder for position high accuracy. They are suitable for various applications with demanding position control.
The new T6 Series is available in a range of configurations to meet the exact 400 watt servo motor specifications of your operation. It can be equipped with an Electro Command semi-powershift or Auto Command continuously variable transmission. The Value package is ideal for basic hay and chore operations; the Plus package provides increased performance and convenience; and the Elite package delivers high-performance and luxury features and a 31 mph option.
The T6 Series can be ordered “auto-guidance ready,” with New Holland IntelliSteer auto guidance components installed and ready to use. This feature enables you to steer the tractor and implements from the tractor monitor, saving time and reducing fatigue. It also allows you to choose your steering ratio preference. All Dynamic Command models are able to interact with implements, and Plus and Elite models offer advanced ISO BUS Class II for full control of your baler.
SV2A5-Q-DE
The SV2A5-Q-DE includes a high performance brushless AC servo motor and a digital servo drive in one simple package. The drive has a standard configuration that includes 400 watt servo motor supplier a high-resolution incremental encoder. It can be controlled by an EtherNet/IP fieldbus master controller or a standalone motion controller. Powerful commands are available for motion, I/O, logic, and multitasking.
Applied Motion’s SVx Servo Suite software allows for easy setup, programming and testing of the drives and motor. Its built-in oscilloscope helps to test and optimize motor performance. The drive is UL Recognized (File No. E332730), CE approved, and RoHS compliant.
